Who we are:

Community Solutions Alliance is an approved Social Security Organizational Representative Payee program. As a 501c3 non-profit organization, we provide financial management for clients who receive SSI/SSD benefits and are not able to manage those funds on their own. CSA’s payee services are available to all counties in NJ and specialize in clients with Developmental Disabilities in group home settings as well as those diagnosed with mental illness living independently in the community. CSA’s highly trained and experienced staff provide over 13 years of professional Representative Payee services.

CSA is a non-profit division of Waters & Sims, a well-recognized and respected supportive employment organization. Waters & Sims has been assisting the DD/ID, youth and underserved population find and retain employment for over 25 years.

What is a Representative Payee?

A Representative Payee is an organization or individual who is assigned by the Social Security Administration to receive Social Security funds (SSI/SSDI) on behalf of another individual. The payee is responsible for establishing a budget and disbursing funds to ensure all of the client’s current and future needs are met. The following are examples of monthly bills we can assist with:
